About Wenlarge
Wenlarge LLC is a software company registered in the United States. We build and run our own products, and we develop software for clients.
How we got here
Wenlarge started with product work. Before we took on any client projects, we were building and operating our own platforms, which meant handling everything that comes after a release: scaling, billing, support tickets, and bug reports from real users.
Client work grew out of that. Companies we knew asked us to build for them the way we build for ourselves, and over time that became half the business. Today the two sides run in parallel: our own products on one side, client projects on the other.
We keep the team small on purpose. The engineers who run our production systems are the same people who scope and build client projects, which is why our estimates tend to hold up.
How we work
Built to be maintained
Most of a system's life happens after launch. We write code and documentation assuming someone else will have to work on it later — often that someone is us, a year on.
Production experience
We operate our own systems, so we've seen what actually breaks: billing edge cases, timezone bugs, queries that die at scale. We design against those from the start.
Plain communication
Weekly demos, fixed pricing where the scope allows it, and an early warning when something is at risk instead of a surprise at the deadline.
Full handover
Clients get the source code, infrastructure access, and documentation. If you want to take the project in-house, nothing stops you.
