This policy covers this website, wenlarge.com, only. Our products have their own policies: Ostrol at ostrol.ai/privacy, and Trigwire at trigwire.io once it launches.

Contact form. When you write to us we collect your name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in, and your message. Our form provider, Formspree, processes these submissions and delivers them to us by email.

Server logs. Our web server records your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, which we use to keep the site secure and to diagnose problems.

Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used — pages visited, rough location, device type. These cookies load only if you accept them in the banner, never if you reject, and you can change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We set no advertising cookies.

We use contact form data to answer your inquiry — at your request, and in our legitimate interest in responding to people who approach us about work. Server logs serve our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available. Usage statistics are collected only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We share data only with the providers who help us run this site: our hosting provider (Hetzner, with servers in Finland), our form provider (Formspree, USA), our email provider (Google Workspace), and — if you accept analytics cookies — Google Analytics. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Wenlarge LLC is based in the United States, and some of our providers process data there. Where EU or UK law requires it, those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Inquiries: 12 months after our last contact with you. Server logs: 30 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months by Google Analytics.

If you are in the EU or UK, you may request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority. Under California law you may request access and deletion; we do not sell or share personal data as the CCPA defines those terms.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
